Ginger Beef (Microwave)
Serves 4-6 Ingredients: 300 g beef (thinly sliced) 2 ½ tbsp oyster sauce = See ingredient with photo 100 g spring onions (cut into 4 cm lengths) = See ingredient with photo A: 2 tbsp oil = See ingredient with photo 1 tsp wine ½ tbsp cornstarch = See ingredient with photo B: 150 g young ginger (sliced thinly) = See ingredient with photo ½ tbsp chopped garlic = See ingredient with photo 2 tbsp oil Directions: Season beef slices with ingredients A. Fry ingredients B in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 3 minutes. Add in oyster sauce and cook on power High for 1 minute. Stir in seasoned beef and spring onions. Cover and cook on power High for 3 ½ minutes. Serve hot with rice. |
